How do I book a photoshoot in Barcelona? (About the booking process)

Confirming the Shoot Date and Package: Once you've confirmed the shoot date and selected the desired package, please get in touch with us to proceed.

Payment of Deposit: To secure your reservation, we require a 30% deposit of the package fee. You can make the payment through the designated payment method.

Confirmation of Deposit: Upon receipt of the deposit, we will reserve the corresponding time slot for your shoot.

Booking Completed: Once you've successfully made the deposit, this signifies that your order has been confirmed. We will prepare for your photography session accordingly.

Our Cancellation Policy
Are Deposits Refundable?
I understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please read the following cancellation policy to ensure you are familiar with the relevant provisions.

Non-Refundable Deposit: All paid deposits are non-refundable.

Transfer of Orders:
While deposits are non-refundable, you have the option to transfer your order to another person within six months of the original purchase date. If you choose this option, please notify me in advance and provide me with the relevant information of the recipient -
Inclement Weather Conditions:
In the event of weather conditions that prevent the shoot from taking place (such as heavy rain, storms, etc.), I will provide the following options: a. Reschedule Shoot: You may choose to reschedule the shoot. I will work with you to find an alternative date that suits both parties. b. Unable to Reschedule: If your travel plans cannot accommodate a rescheduled date, I will refund 60% of your deposit. -
Special Circumstances: In exceptional cases (such as force majeure, unforeseen circumstances, etc.), I may consider flexible handling of cancellation requests. Please contact me for further assistance.

Delivery & Editing Process
How are the photos delivered?
Within 3 days after the shooting, you will get access to a private cloud to download all your high-resolution(2mb) unedited photos. And then you can choose your favourites, and tell me the file numbers. These favourite photos will be edited and supplied in high resolution(4-5mb) to download in 7 days.

What does editing include?
My editing process includes applying my signature photography style, which involves adjustments to exposure, contrast, shadows, highlights, saturation, clarity, and warmth. Additionally, I refine the images by removing visible blemishes and subtly enhancing body contours for a polished yet natural look.
Photoshoot Details & Locations
Does it include transportation?
Transportation is not included in the package.
Before the session, we'll have an online consultation to finalize our shooting route.
For half-day sessions, we may need to take a taxi to maximize our time and capture more photos efficiently.
For standard sessions (30 or 60 minutes), transportation is usually unnecessary, as we'll stay within the pre-selected area.
First-Time Photoshoot Guide
I don't have any experience with photo sessions, is that a problem?
You're not alone! Most of the people I've worked with had no prior experience either. Don't worry—I’ll guide you with tips and cues to help you pose naturally and feel comfortable in front of the camera.

Social Media & Video Requests
Can you help me make some videos for my reels with my phone?
I'm happy to help capture some footage on your phone during our session! Just keep in mind that this may take up some of our shoot time and could affect the total number of photos you receive. Other than that, I'm excited to have fun and create beautiful memories with you!
