How does it work(about the booking process)?

Confirming the Shoot Date and Package: Once you've confirmed the shoot date and selected the desired package, please get in touch with us to proceed.

Payment of Deposit: To secure your reservation, we require a 30% deposit of the package fee. You can make the payment through the designated payment method.

Confirmation of Deposit: Upon receipt of the deposit, we will reserve the corresponding time slot for your shoot.

Booking Completed: Once you've successfully made the deposit, this signifies that your order has been confirmed. We will prepare for your photography session accordingly.

About cancellation Policy
I understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please read the following cancellation policy to ensure you are familiar with the relevant provisions.

Non-Refundable Deposit: All paid deposits are non-refundable.

Transfer of Orders:
While deposits are non-refundable, you have the option to transfer your order to another person within six months of the original purchase date. If you choose this option, please notify me in advance and provide me with the relevant information of the recipient -
Inclement Weather Conditions:
In the event of weather conditions that prevent the shoot from taking place (such as heavy rain, storms, etc.), I will provide the following options: a. Reschedule Shoot: You may choose to reschedule the shoot. I will work with you to find an alternative date that suits both parties. b. Unable to Reschedule: If your travel plans cannot accommodate a rescheduled date, I will refund 60% of your deposit. -
Special Circumstances: In exceptional cases (such as force majeure, unforeseen circumstances, etc.), I may consider flexible handling of cancellation requests. Please contact me for further assistance.

How are the photos delivered?
Within 3 days after the shooting, you will get access to a private cloud to download all your high-resolution(2mb) unedited photos. And then you can choose your favourites, and tell me the file numbers. These favourite photos will be edited and supplied in high resolution(4-5mb) to download in 7 days.

What does editing include?
Editing includes my photography style filter, which is included exposure correction, contrast, shadow and highlight correction, saturation, clarity, and warmth. Besides, I would also remove visible pimples, and slim some body parts.

Does it include transportation?
Transportation is not included.
We will have an online consultation to decide our shooting route before the session.
For half-day shooting, we may need to take a taxi, in order to save time to take more photos!
In the general situation(30 min and 60 min session), we don't need any transportation, we may stay in the same area that we previously decided.

I don't have any experience with photo sessions, is that a problem?
You’re not alone. In fact, most of the people whom I've worked with, they didn't have any experience before. I may tell you some tips and hints to get some points and lead you poes naturally.

Can I ask your help to make some videos for my reels with my own phone?
During the photo session, I'd be happy to assist you with taking some footage with your phone, but it might take up some of our shoot time and you have to be prepared that this will affect the number of photos you receive. Other than that, I'd love to have fun with you in any ways!
